Zhengxing Abrasive Co., Ltd. (Abbr.: ZX Abrasive) is a Sino-Japanese joint venture enterprise. We began our business and commenced production of Boron Carbide in 1986. And our brand name ¡°ZX¡± &¡°JIA XING¡± have been registered trademark on State Administration For Industry & Commerce of the People¡¯s Republic of China. We predominately produce and process Boron Carbide and Silicon Carbide based on FEPA, JIS & GB standards.
Annual productivity: Boron Carbide: 1000MTs/ year; Silicon Carbide: 3000MTs/ year.
Quality Control Center: equipped with advanced Beckonman Coulter Analyzers (LS100Q & Multisizer 3) to strictly controlling particle size distribution. Due to particle size analyzers based on electric resistance theory and laser theory respectively, good and consistent quality of micro-powder can be guaranteed in bulk production. Also, with self-contained chemical analysis instruments, chemical compositions of material can be ensured to meet with customers' requirement.
